Early's Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Chicken - An entree your guests won't soon forget!


  • 2lb chicken breast tenders
  • 14 ounces of Early's Hickory Smoked Bacon
  • 1/3 cup of Raw Early's Honey (Wildflower or Sourwood)
  • 2 tbsp of Early's Horse Radish Stone Ground
  • Mustard or Early's Jalapeno Honey Mustard 
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice from half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • A pinch of salt

Preheat the oven to 350°

Slice the chicken breasts into one-inch strips,
and wrap each piece with a slice of
bacon. Place 'em all nice and snug on a trusty baking
sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice,
salt, and pepper. Take a pastry brush and
generously coat the tops of the bacon-wrapped
tenders with your sauce.

Bake for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, flip and brush the remaining glaze on the other side, and let them bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches temperature.
