Early's Honey Glazed Bacon Wrapped Chicken - An entree your guests won't soon forget!
Ingredients:
- 2lb chicken breast tenders
- 14 ounces of Early's Hickory Smoked Bacon
- 1/3 cup of Raw Early's Honey (Wildflower or Sourwood)
- 2 tbsp of Early's Horse Radish Stone Ground
- Mustard or Early's Jalapeno Honey Mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Juice from half a lemon
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- A pinch of salt
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°
Slice the chicken breasts into one-inch strips,
and wrap each piece with a slice of
bacon. Place 'em all nice and snug on a trusty baking
sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix together the honey, mustard, paprika, lemon juice,
salt, and pepper. Take a pastry brush and
generously coat the tops of the bacon-wrapped
tenders with your sauce.
Bake for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, flip and brush the remaining glaze on the other side, and let them bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until the chicken reaches temperature.
