Early's Cinnamon Rolls

Early's Cinnamon Rolls- The perfect recipe for fluffy and delicious cinnamon rolls, with no extra time to rise needed!

Makes 7 Medium Sized Cinnamon Rolls

  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 1 1/4 Cup Early's Griddle Cake Mix

  • 2 tbsp Butter (Softened)
  • 4 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Vanilla Icing:

  • 1/8 Cup Butter
  • 3/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tbsp Milk

Making the Cinnamon Rolls:

1. Set the Oven to 400 Degrees Fahrenheit. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, Griddle Cake Mix, and milk. Stir until combined, then knead until mixed thoroughly (The texture should be similar to Play-Doh).

2. Flour your flat surface (Do this very well to prevent any sticking!), and roll into a rectangle about 4"x 8".

3. Spread the softened butter across the top of the dough. Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl and sprinkle on top of the butter.

4. Very carefully roll the short side of the dough forward and in on itself. When finished rolling, the log should be about 4 inches long.

5. Grease or place parchment paper in the bottom of a round baking dish, and place the rolls in a circle that surrounds one roll. They will rise a bit when baked!

6. Bake the Cinnamon rolls for 12-18 minutes, depending on elevation they might need more or less time.

7. While the cinnamon rolls are baking, make the icing. Mix all icing ingredients together with a hand mixer and set aside.

8. Once the rolls come out of the oven, drizzle with vanilla icing while they're still hot, and serve immediately.
