Our main country ham products are aged 9 months, a lengthy time but mighty delcious as y'all might know! But we've have many requests over the years for those that like an older ham for special applications whether it be certain restaurants or those wanting to do prosciutto. These hams are aged longer and are great for that!
We'll advise that is not a great ham for steaks or thick cutting. If you're looking for a more traditional, delicious old time country ham, please select our normal whole country ham instead.
