Simple & Easy: Center Cut Ham & Cinnamon
Cook & Prep Time: 25-30min
What you’ll need:
A slice of Early’s center cut bone-in country ham
Butter: 1 table spoon
Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
Cast iron pan (preferable)
Let’s get started!
Preheat oven to 350
Warm your cast iron pan/ melt your butter
2-3 min low heat. Place the pan on the stove and put your tablespoon of butter down
Lay the ham slice in the pan and flip it once (to cover both sides with the melted butter)
Sprinkle the cinnamon on the ham, forming a dusting across the top of the ham
Place in oven and bake for 20-25min
Voila! Delicious, perfectly cooked country ham with cinnamon and butter.
